What I did on my Summer Break.

So the VBS I worked on this past summer?

Best event EVER.

The action! The adventure! The kids! SO MANY KIDS!!

But I digress.

The story for this year was "The Rex Darrington Chronicles: The Search for Purpose". It was along the lines of Indiana Jones, the Mummy, a dash of UP, and a few other adventure-y films. I was privileged with doing all of the artwork for the event, from the initial logo to the story images that the kids saw each night.

It was an absolutely insane amount of work (I stayed up until 3 in the morning working on most nights), but I would do it all again in a heartbeat.

Which apparently is true, because we're starting work on next year's VBS of Friday XD.

These guys will be apart of this year's VBS (Again, which we're beginning work on Friday), so there's going to be a lot more artwork of them popping up.
